How do I register for an account?

Registering for an account is easy at Noviq. Simply go here and enter your email/password to register.

I can't login, how do I reset my login credentials?

If you can’t remember your password navigate to our password reset page to change it.

How do I change my address?

Changing your address is simple at Noviq. Enter your account by logging in here. Once you are logged in, simply select “Addresses” on the left hand side of the page and hit edit to change it.

What information do you store for me?

We collect pertinent information to delivering our products to you such as name, address, and payment(optional) information. We use the highest industry standard to protect your data and never share it without your permission.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed in your account dashboard. Select “Subscriptions” on the left-hand side of the page to cancel/modify existing subscriptions to our products.


What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

How can I cancel my order?

Any order that hasn’t been shipped can be cancelled. Please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to cancel your order. Alternatively, you can also cancel your order in your account dashboard orders list.

How do I apply a coupon?

Coupons are applied during checkout. Look for the coupon code message to appear at the top when you checkout.

Didn't receive an order confirmation?

We email a copy of your order confirmation. If for some reason you didn’t receive or misplaced it, please contact us with your order number or email address so we can locate it.


How do I track my order?

You can track your order on our order tracking page here. Additionally, you can visit the website of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and enter your tracking number there.

How long does shipping take?

We ship our products within 48 hours and aim to deliver them within 3-5  business days in the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 3 business days. International shipping depends on the country (typically 7-14 days).

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we serve the US, Canada, and United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding our reach to as many countries as we can.

My package was marked as delivered but I can't find it. What now?

Be sure to check your Noviq account and/or email address for any updates. If your order remains “delivered” but you don’t have your product after 48 hours, please contact us.

We are certain you will love our products at Noviq, but if for some reason our product does not work out for you, we offer a refund with no product return necessary. This extends to all of our products but you must request the refund within 90 days of purchasing the product. Limited to the first product purchased. Refunds exclude shipping costs.

What is the dosage for your products?

Our dosage amounts vary by product and all dosages are listed on each product specific page. In addition, the product bottle has it listed too.

How long are your supplements good for?

We use manufacture dates (“MFG”). This date is located near the item lot number, typically on the bottom of the bottle or box/carton.

The nutritional supplement industry uses a two-year standard for the shelf life, as dietary ingredients generally remain stable and potent for 2-3 years if properly maintained. That said, all products with a manufactured (“MFG”) date are safe for use within two (2) years of that date.

What is the best way to store Noviq products?

We recommend storing our products in an air controlled environment away from sun light. A typical kitchen/storage room cabinet works great. Excessive exposure to high or low temperatures can cause the product to lose potency.
