We use manufacture dates (“MFG”). This date is located near the item lot number, typically on the bottom of the bottle or box/carton.
The nutritional supplement industry uses a two-year standard for the shelf life, as dietary ingredients generally remain stable and potent for 2-3 years if properly maintained. That said, all products with a manufactured (“MFG”) date are safe for use within two (2) years of that date.
We are certain you will love our products at Noviq, but if for some reason our product does not work out for you, we offer a refund with no product return necessary. This extends to all of our products but you must request the refund within 90 days of purchasing the product. Limited to the first product purchased.
We ship our products within 48 hours and aim to deliver them within 3-5 business days in the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 3 business days. International shipping depends on the country (typically 7-14 days).

As soon as your order is shipping we will email you a tracking number/information. You can track your order by visiting the website of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and enter your tracking number there.
