This really has helped on my focus. I took one before bed, slept great, and woke up and was super productive and focused. I just took a second one, and now I'm at work at my computer super focused and clear headed. I'll keep you updated if it changes, or was just a fluke. But so far my cognitive skills show much improvement after just 2 pills, each taken 12 hours apart. (I always start new supplements at 1/2 dose)

Nootropics are one of those weird supplements that is easy to get seagull effect or to think yourself out of any benefit you could have gained. With these I noticed the best results taking them in the morning at least an hour after a small breakfast. No jitters or any other energy boosting effects.
